Fees
The registration fees include attendance to the welcome session, lunches (13-15 September), coffee-breaks and the digital Book of Abstracts, except the conference dinner (add €55):

(*) If you are a member of OE; SPQ or SPBT, a file confirming your status should be uploaded.
(**) If you are a BSc/MSc/PhD student, a file confirming your student status signed by your supervisor (or institutional representative) should be submitted.
(***)Given the proximity of the event, dinners should be requested to the organising committee.
Cancellation and refund:
If a registered participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, that registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.
For any cancellation received until 15 August, less an administrative fee equal to 10 percent of your registration fee (in EUR) will be refunded.
For any cancellation received after 15 August, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.
Any request for refund must be addressed to chempor2023@chemistry.pt.
Refunds will be handled after the Conference.
It's possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area, if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.
Proforma Invoice
A proforma invoice can be downloaded at your personal area, but first some data is required to be filled.
Choose a Fee.
Add a billing address (Billing and Payment icon/menu).
After filling in and confirming the billing address, an orange button (Proforma Invoice) will appear where you can download the document.
Note: If advance invoicing is required for payment of your registration, please ensure that you have selected the fee and added your institution's invoicing information (payment menu), and then send an email to secretariado@spq.pt.
