Instructions for Authors - Poster Presentations

The instructions for authors regarding poster presentations are as follows:

Poster Dimensions

Boards with 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height will be available for hanging posters. For proper display, we recommend the A0 format (84 x 120 cm). Bostik adhesive will be provided to frame the posters. 

Poster Presentation

Each board will be numbered in the upper left corner. Please place your poster presentation on the board number for which you have been assigned. Your poster will be discussed during the designated session. 

Availability of Boards

Poster session 1: Boards will be available from 8:30 am on 13 September 2023, and should be removed after the end of the Poster Session 1.

Poster session 2: Boards will be available from 8:30 am on 14 September 2023, and should be removed after the end of the Poster Session 2.
