Abstract Submission

Each registered participant will be entitled to submit a maximum of one abstract. 

Abstracts should be submitted via your "Personal Area" after registration. Please, login using the login and the password provided during the registration process and then proceed with "abstract submission".

Oral Abstracts

Submit your oral abstract by 15 April 2023. Each oral presentation is scheduled for 15 min (12 min + 3 min for questions). 

Poster Abstracts

Poster abstracts should be submitted by 31 May 2023 (NEW DEADLINE). Posters will be displayed during the meeting and will be discussed in two poster sessions.

 Additional Information:

• The notification of the review process will be sent until 22 May 2023. The abstracts should be no longer than two A4 pages and written using this template. 

• Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts (only abstracts of participants with paid registration fees will be included).

• Prizes will be awarded to the best presentations by young scientists at the conference.
